Before engaging with my services, it is essential that you understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies applicable to all sessions, programs, training, and consultancy services I provide. By booking a session, program, or package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1-2-1 Hypnosis Programs, Packages, and Sessions

Online Sessions

  • All sessions are conducted via Zoom.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a safe, quiet, and undisturbed space for the duration of the session, particularly for any hypnosis or guided meditation components.
  • If you do not already have Zoom, you can download it here: Zoom Download. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with its functions and controls before the session.

Program and Package Details

  • Programs and packages are structured over a set duration (e.g., six weeks for most Hypnosis Programs). Your first session will be scheduled via the online booking system, and the remaining sessions will be arranged during or after the initial meeting to suit your schedule.
  • Each program or package includes a specified number of 1-2-1 sessions and custom hypnotic audios.

Fees and Payment

  • All payments must be made in advance via PayPal, bank transfer, or an approved payment method.
  • Program and package fees are non-refundable once booked. Exceptions may apply solely at my discretion in cases where I deem the sessions unsuitable for you.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Notifications must be sent via email. Text/SMS messages will not be accepted.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notification are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse or Refund

  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session or program if I believe my approach is unsuitable for your needs. In such cases, I may offer an appropriate refund for unused sessions at my discretion.
  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as success depends on your commitment and adherence to the process.

Client Questionnaire

  • New clients are required to complete and return a confidential Client Questionnaire at least 72 hours before their first session.
  • This ensures that I have the necessary information to assess suitability and tailor the session to your needs. Failure to return the questionnaire on time may result in your session being rescheduled or canceled.

Confidentiality

  • All client interactions are private and confidential. Exceptions include:
    • Written consent from you to share information.
    • Legal obligations (e.g., court orders).
    • Situations involving risk of harm, criminal activity, or minors.

Hypnosis, Audios, and Related Materials

Hypnosis Disclaimer

  • Hypnosis is a transformative tool, but it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
  • If you are receiving or have received treatment for a medical or psychological condition, I may require consent from your healthcare provider before confirming a session.
  • Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, psychosis, severe depression, epilepsy) unless cleared by a medical professional.

Hypnotic Audios

  • Custom hypnosis or meditation audios are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or sold.
  • These audios must never be used while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring focus.
  • Audios may contain binaural frequencies; consult a medical professional if you have epilepsy, an irregular heartbeat, or other health concerns.

No Guarantees

  • Success is influenced by various factors, including your mindset and commitment. No specific results are guaranteed.

Private Training and Retained Consultancy

Private Training

  • Training sessions are customized to your goals and conducted online or at a mutually agreed location.
  • All training materials are proprietary and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without express permission.

Retained Consultancy

  • Retained consultancy provides ongoing support and strategic advice.
  • Fees are agreed upon prior to commencement and are payable in advance unless otherwise specified.
  • Consultancy agreements are subject to a minimum term, outlined in the signed agreement.

    Standards of Conduct

    • You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during all interactions.
    • Attendance under the influence of alcohol, drugs (excluding prescribed medications), or displaying abusive behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

    Copyright

    • All content provided, including audios, materials, and sessions, is protected by copyright laws.
    • Materials must not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without explicit written permission.

    Changes to Terms

    I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

    Acceptance

    By booking any session, program, training, or consultancy, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
